Don Carlos Catering

Our catering department is capable of handling any size party with proper advanced notice. We can custom tailor a spread, or you can choose from the turnkey items on our catering menu.

Deliveries

Delivery orders must be a minimum of $50.00. Delivery fee is determined by distance from our shop. We require at least 24 hours advanced notice for all catering orders. For larger parties, please give us a couple days.

Payment Structure and Requirements

For larger orders, Don Carlos Taco Shop requires a non-refundable deposit equal to half of the agreed upon final catering order total and must be received at least three days prior to your event to confirm delivery on time.

Chaffers/Utensils

We can provide chaffing dishes if required for $30.00 each. A $10 deposit is required on all chaffing dishes. Don Carlos does not provide disposable plates, napkins, flatware or serving utensils included in our catering, however, we can provide them for you at an additional cost.
